As the Director of Grantmaking and Fundraising, Lauren facilitates the operation of fundraising strategies, effective donor relations, marketing, event planning, and runs day-to-day clientele operations.

Prior to joining Innovative Philanthropy, Lauren co-founded The Full Spectrum Learning Program at Austin Peay State University while completing her master’s degree. After graduating, she transitioned into the role of Program Director, where she led the program’s development and expanded its impact in supporting students on the Autism Spectrum.

Previously, Lauren worked as a Campaign Lead at World Vision International, where she managed several fundraising campaigns across both the U.S. and Canada.

Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing from Belmont Abbey College
